Privacy Policy

We take your online privacy seriously. You may refuse to provide Personal Information, but some parts of the Site (for example, the newsletter signup page and Product ordering functionality) may not be fully available or functional without submitting such information. 

Our Site also automatically collects certain other, non-personal information (“Other Data”) when you visit our Site. Other Data does not identify you personally, and includes things like your IP address, device type, operating system, web browser, page views and clicks, and other technical information related to your use of the Site. The Site may also including tracking technologies such as “cookies” that automatically helps us provide a tailored experience when you visit the Site. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Site may not be fully available or functional without cookies. The Site does not currently respond to browsers’ “do not track” settings.

We may use your Personal Information for the purpose for which you submitted it (for example, to provide you an account, process your orders, add you to our newsletter or catalogue list, or respond to your inquiries). SECTION 3 – How We Share Your Information

We may share your Personal Information with third parties only: (i) in connection with a court order, subpoena, government investigation, or when otherwise required by law; (ii) in the event of a corporate sale, merger, acquisition, or similar event; or (iii) in connection with the services they provide us to help operate, maintain, and improve the Site on our behalf (for example, to Shopify and Stripe so that they can provide us services related to operating our site and processing your orders and payments). We will not sell or share any Personal Information to third parties except as set forth in this Policy. We may share Other Data, which does not identify you personally, to third parties for any purpose we deem appropriate.

SECTION 4 – Third Party Materials

The Site may include certain third party tools and platforms and links to third party websites (collectively, “Third Party Materials”). The Site uses a third party e-commerce platform provided by Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”) to help display our listings and provide certain other services. If you use any portions of the Site that incorporate the Shopify platform or services, such use will be subject to Shopify’s privacy policy available at Payments on the Site are processed by a third party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We use commercially reasonable, industry standard security measures intended to prevent your Personal Information from being inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Privacy Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. To the extent permitted by law, the parties hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Kent County, Michigan for any disputes arising out of this Privacy Policy or your use of the Site, Content, or Products. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Privacy Policy by posting a new version to the Site. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the then-currently posted version of this Privacy Policy for data collected after the changes.
