Return & Exchange Policy:
Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 15 days of original purchase date.
Due to the nature of the product, only items that have been unwashed and unworn, with all garment tags and hygienic stickers intact and unsoiled, will be eligible for return or exchange. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
Gift cards are not eligible for return.
Return & Exchange Shipping Instructions:
- Email email@example.com to initiate your return/exchange and request a prepaid return-shipping label. Please include your order number and reason for your return/exchange.
- Locate the return-shipping label in your email; download and print. If you do not receive an email or you do not have access to a printer, contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Place product(s) and invoice in original packaging and affix return-shipping label, completely covering the previous label. If possible, completely cover the new label in clear packaging tape.
- Drop off at the shipping carrier noted on your return-shipping label (USPS or FedEx)

Return & Exchange Processing:
Once we receive your return or exchange package, please allow up to 14 business days for our customer service department to inspect and determine eligibility. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and confirm eligibility or rejection of your refund.
If your return is eligible for refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that $7.00 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping and handling fees. Additional shipping and handling fees may be deducted for International returns and/or returns containing three or more items. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gift returns will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.
FREE Exchanges! Eligible returns may be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color, free of additional shipping and handling charges (for orders within the United States only, via standard shipping).
In the unfortunate event that you receive defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), email our customer service department at email@example.com within five (5) days of receipt. Our customer service department will review your claim and exchange your product at no cost to you (for orders within the United States only, via standard shipping).
