We understand that it can be difficult to find the right fit and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While website pre-orders and Kickstarter rewards are not eligible for return, we will be happy to exchange your item for a different size (for orders within the United States only).
Exchanges must be postmarked within 15 days of ship date.
Due to the nature of the product, only items that have been unwashed and unworn, with all garment tags and both hygienic stickers intact and unsoiled, will be eligible for exchange. Garments that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted for exchange.
Note: Kickstarter "**Early Bird** Savings" rewards are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Shipping Instructions:
To begin processing an exchange email email@example.com. Please type "Exchange" in the subject line.
To be fair to all Kickstarter backers, and avoid delays in getting all backers their initial rewards, we will begin processing all exchange requests AFTER all rewards have been sent.
Once your exchange is ready to be processed, our customer service department will inspect and determine eligibility. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s) and confirm eligibility or rejection of your exchange. We will update you again once your exchange has been sent.
Eligible exchanges will be returned free of additional shipping and handling charges (for orders within the United States only, via standard shipping).
In the unfortunate event that you receive defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), email our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org within five (5) days of receipt. Our customer service department will review your claim and exchange your product at no cost to you (for orders within the United States only, via standard shipping).
The return and exchange options set forth in this Exchange Policy are your sole and exclusive remedy for any problems related to any products purchased on this website.
